I am a versatile professional with extensive experience in business management and creative projects. Throughout my career, I have stood out for my ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, implement agile methodologies, and strategically plan the development of new products.

I founded and managed two of my own companies - ComuniCoworking, a coworking space, and Ponto Bloco, a digital marketing agency. In these initiatives, I was able to put into practice my skills in strategic planning, market analysis, financial management, and the development of organizational processes. Currently, I also work as a Game Designer, Producer, and Strategic Director at Aura Studio, where I manage multiple game projects, defining roadmaps, leading teams, and ensuring the delivery of quality products. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work on various creative projects, including the development of mobile games, the creation of website content, and the organization of artistic and culinary events. This diverse experience allows me to approach challenges from different perspectives and find innovative solutions.

I am passionate about continuous learning and love to share knowledge. I have worked as a professor at technical education institutions, developing curricula and teaching methodologies for students in games, IT, and computer graphics.
