News website focused on the world of entertainment and pop culture. In addition to the news, we had a strong presence on social media and a team of columnists who wrote opinion pieces for the website.
Role within the project: Within the project, I created the website's Marketing Plan, managed the website's team of columnists and writers, helped make strategic decisions and created the entire editorial line of the website.
Result achieved: The project achieved good numbers before being continued due to a choice by the partners. On social media, I managed to quadruple the number of followers on Facebook and Twitter in a period of one year with high engagement on posts. The number of visitors and page views on the website increased considerably, reaching 30 thousand page views per month before the project was discontinued.
What I learned: It was my first experience in managing a team. This experience helped me shape the way I deal with people and my leadership skills.
